Educational Qualifications/ Eligibility Criteria For Bihar STET 2024:
The Bihar state government has released the official notification regarding the eligibility criteria for both papers who applied for the Bihar STET 2024 Phase-1 exam.
Educational Qualification For Paper -1 of Phase-1:
The educational qualification for the paper-1 examination is divided according to the different subjects that the candidates applied for the post.
For those who have subjects in Hindi, must have an educational qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Hindi along with a B.Ed. For subject candidates, a Bachelor’s Degree in Urdu along with a B.ED.
Also, for Sanskrit And English subjects, each subject requires a B.ED and a respective language Bachelor’s degree. However, the candidates who have applied for Mathematics must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry along with a B.Ed. Also, candidates who have completed B.Tech with Mathematics and B.Ed also applied for the exam.
Candidates who have applied for the Science subject must possess a degree in either of the subjects from Botany, Zoology, or Chemistry or a B.Tech with Science and B.ED, and they are eligible for the post.
Those candidates who have applied for the Social Science subject must have graduated with either History, Geography, Economic Science or Political Science, and B.Ed.
Educational Qualification For Paper-2:
For the Paper-2 examination, those candidates who have applied for English, Math, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, and Physics must have completed a Master’s degree in their respective subject lines and a B.ED.
However, for commerce subjects, the candidates must have completed a Master’s degree in either one of the subjects from Business Studies, Accounting, or Entrepreneurship and a B.Ed.
Age Limit:
The age limit for Bihar STET 2024 applied to candidates who are from the General category for male and female are 37 years and 40 years respectively. Also, for OBC candidates, the age limit is 40 years. However, for the SC and ST categories, the age limit is 42 years. The lower limit for all categories is 18 years.
Selection Process for BSEB STET 2024:
The entire examination process will be conducted in two phases. The Bihar STET 2024 paper-1 of Phase-1 has already commenced between 18th to 29th May. The paper-2 examination admit card was already released on 5th June. The exam will be conducted between 11th and 19th June 2024.
However, those candidates who will clear the phase-1 exam will go for the second phase which will be commenced between 10th to 30th September 2024.
