Educational Qualification:
The candidates should possess a degree from any of the universities that have been formed by an Act of the State or central Legislature in India. Otherwise, they must possess a degree from another Educational Institution that has been incorporated by an Act of Parliament or has been declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
Age Limit:
